What I’ve been up to

This is for all of my English speaking friends over there somewhere :) You all know I’ve been having this kind of life changing project. I’ve been thinking of hiring a personal trainer for a long time and last spring I finally did it – started a new life with a personal trainer called Ville.

Ville made me a diet and an exercise program. It has been four months now, and boy have I learned a lot! A lot of eating, resting and working out! One of my goals is that I really learn to workout properly. And now I’m sooooo excited of training!

Training is really hard! I’m working out with HIT program. HIT comes from High Intensity Training. I do 3 sets and goal is to do 15 reps at each set. There are four different exercises I do: 
  • back & biceps
  • breast & triceps
  • legs
  • shoulders
I do some cardio right after gym for 30 minutes and for 45-60 minutes in five mornings a week.  PLUS there’s an interval workout for an hour once a week.
After exhausting workout... Sweat is fat crying ;)
And what comes to a diet: I eat five times a day. Clean food, a lot of veggies, protein, some fat and carbs especially after workout. And I’ve managed to make some results too. After four months I’ve lost 7,8 kilograms (17,2 lb’s).

We’ve made a deal for seven months with Ville. Let’s see what kind of results there will be after this contract. But right now I’m enjoying my life a lot!
